How are the capes shipped within the United States?
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service to ship to the 48 continental states. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Generally capes are shipped within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed.
Please review the UPS Delivery Map for estimates on delivery times from the date the items are shipped. Our goal is to ship your cape(s) as soon as possible, shipments often leave us the next business day.

How are the capes shipped to Canada?
We will use either UPS or the Postal Service to ship the capes to the Canadian border. The shipping cost paid to us pays for shipping your capes to the Canadian border.
NOTE: THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL FEES AND DELIVERY CHARGES TO HAVE YOUR CAPES SHIPPED TO THE FINAL DESTINATION.

What is your return policy?
If you would like to return your Comfort-Cape and it is not damaged, we will refund your payment (excluding shipping & handling) if you return your cape within 30 days of your purchase date. Please contact us at sobolenterprises@aol.com if you would like to return your cape.
If you refuse acceptance of the shipment, UPS will charge us a return fee and shipping fee. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
Does the Comfort-Cape have a warranty?
The Comfort-Cape™ is constructed of durable, soft and highly flexible materials. Since they are hand-made, minor differences may be noticed. With frequent use, your cape will soften even more than it is already. This will not affect the performance. Some users have claimed the Comfort-Cape™ works better with age.
When used according to instructions, the Comfort-Cape™ is warranted for one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Your Comfort-Cape™ will be repaired or replaced at our option. Please keep a copy of your receipt as proof-of-purchase
